Initial Consultation
We begin with a brief 30-minute conversation to understand your team, your project, and what isn’t working today.
This is not a sales call. The goal is to determine whether I’m the right fit and whether program leadership will meaningfully help your situation. I may ask about your roadmap, team structure, stakeholders, and current delivery challenges.
If I don’t believe I can add value, I’ll say so.
Recommendation
After the consultation, I’ll recommend the appropriate level of support.
For some teams, a focused working session is enough to clarify direction and next steps. For others, a structured engagement is more appropriate to stabilize delivery and align stakeholders.
You’ll receive a clear explanation of why I’m recommending a particular approach.
Proposal
If an engagement makes sense, I’ll provide a simple written proposal outlining:
• the goals of the engagement •
• what I will do •
• how we will work together •
• expected timeline and cadence •
• fixed or monthly pricing •
There are no open-ended hourly arrangements or surprise billing.
Engagement + Kickoff
Once we agree on scope, I begin working with your team.
We establish communication channels, reporting cadence, and meeting structure so progress and risks are always visible. I work directly with product, engineering, and leadership to improve alignment, remove blockers, and create predictable delivery.
My goal is to leave your team operating more effectively than when I arrived.
