This 30-minute consultation is designed to learn about your team, your goals, and what isn’t working today. There’s no preparation required — you don’t need a formal roadmap or perfect documentation. Just come with a general description of your situation.
I’ll ask a few questions about your project, stakeholders, and current delivery challenges. If it sounds like I can add value, I’ll recommend the next step. If not, I’ll tell you honestly.
This is not a sales presentation, and there’s no obligation to continue working together afterward.
